๐Ÿ”งLow-Exec Weekly Friction Audit

for the ones whose study plans keep dying on tiny friction points

Goal

Run a 15-min Sunday audit that finds and removes the friction points that killed this week's study sessions.

Source principle

Environment design as a weekly habit: low-exec isn't a motivation problem, it's a friction problem; remove the friction weekly. : from Atomic Habits by James Clear.

The plan

  1. ๐Ÿ““
    Sun 7:00-7:02 PM
Open this week's study log: what got done, what didn't.
  2. ๐Ÿ”
    Sun 7:02-7:04 PM
Name the 3 sessions you missed: just the times.
  3. ๐Ÿค”
    Sun 7:04-7:07 PM
For each miss: what was the friction? (phone, no materials, tired, no spot)
  4. ๐Ÿ“
    Sun 7:07-7:09 PM
Pick the single biggest friction point: one, not five.
  5. ๐Ÿ”„
    Sun 7:09-7:11 PM
Fix it now: clear the desk, move the charger, pre-stage materials.
  6. ๐Ÿ—’๏ธ
    Sun 7:11-7:13 PM
Write the fix on a sticky note: '[friction] removed for next week'.
  7. ๐ŸŽฏ
    Sun 7:13-7:14 PM
Pick next week's single priority session: one, locked.
  8. ๐Ÿ”’
    Sun 7:14-7:15 PM
Close the log: one friction removed, one priority set.

Reward

One fewer friction point next week + a single locked priority
